Hi my name is Jennifer Lee and I’m Chinese American. I love making, teaching and of course eating dumplings. I just love the art of dumplings and staying connected to my Chinese culture. The small package is so flavorful and the pleating is an art of expression. My favorite to eat is the soup dumpling! The combination of soup and dumpling just warms my stomach.
As I get older I appreciate more time with my mom, chatting, making dumplings and eating them, a time to bond, family time, dumpling time.
As a chef I love to teach people my skill and the joy of making a good dumpling because it’s the satisfaction you get out of learning to make your own.
If you don’t have time to make them yourself, have them delivered to you or buy frozen and all you have to do is heat them up. It’s such a simple meal and that’s what I also love about them! And I enjoy making dumplings for you and it gives me a chance to share my culture through food!

What we offer/Services
Private cooking classes/ Dumpling parties
Whether its just you, a couple or a party, learn how to make dumplings in the comfort of your own home. A hands on experience. Ingredients will be provided.
Corporate catering
For a corporate luncheon, we can drop off and set-up for an additional fee. Contact us for separate corportate menu.
Full service catering
For full service catering. We will have 1-2 ppl to set up, heat up food, serve and clean up before we leave.
