Jennifer Lee is a Chinese American chef who loves making, teaching, and, of course, eating dumplings. Dumplings are more than just food to her—they are a way to stay connected to her Chinese heritage and share her culture with others. She loves how such a small package can be packed with flavor, and she sees pleating each dumpling as its own form of artistic expression.
Her favorite dumpling is the soup dumpling. The combination of rich broth and a delicate dumpling wrapper creates a comforting bite that always warms her soul.
As she gets older, Jennifer has come to appreciate the simple moments spent with her mom—chatting, making dumplings together, and gathering around the table to enjoy them. For her, dumpling-making is family time, bonding time, and a cherished tradition passed down through generations.
As a chef and instructor, Jennifer finds joy in teaching others the art of dumpling-making. She loves seeing the satisfaction and pride people feel when they learn how to create their own dumplings from scratch.
And for those who don't have the time to make them themselves, Jennifer is happy to share her dumplings in other ways—whether freshly delivered or frozen and ready to heat up at home. She loves that dumplings can be both simple and special, and she takes pride in sharing her culture, one dumpling at a time. the joy of making a good dumpling because it’s the satisfaction you get out of learning to make your own.
If you don’t have time to make them yourself, have them delivered to you or buy frozen and all you have to do is heat them up. It’s such a simple meal and that’s what I also love about them! And I enjoy making dumplings for you and it gives me a chance to share my culture through food!

Private cooking classes/ Dumpling parties
Whether its just you, a couple or a party, learn how to make dumplings in the comfort of your own home. A hands on experience. Ingredients will be provided.
Corporate catering
For a corporate luncheon, we can drop off and set-up for an additional fee. Contact us for separate corportate menu.
Full service catering
For full service catering. We will have 1-2 ppl to set up, heat up food, serve and clean up before we leave.
